My Purchased Udemy Course Is Missing From My Account

On July 9, 2026, I paid approximately $8 by credit card to purchase the “Occupational Health and Safety” course through Udemy. The payment is clearly shown on my bank receipt, but the course does not appear anywhere in my Udemy account, and I cannot access it.

The email address I used for the payment was l**********@gmail.com. Even though I signed in with this account, the purchased course has not been added. As a result, I cannot take the course, and the money I paid appears to have gone to waste.

I am requesting a full refund for the course that Udemy charged me for but failed to add to my account.
