Have Paid for an Udemy Course, but Have Not Received Access Yet

On January 5, 2024, I decided to treat myself and invested ₺869.00 in an Udemy course, conveniently using my credit card for payment. Unfortunately, the courses never showed up in the system, much to my disappointment. Now, who should I reach out to in order to sort out this chaotic situation? I'm eagerly anticipating a reply. Is our money being wasted? I can't seem to find anyone authorized or a contact number anywhere!

On January 5, 2024, I purchased a course worth 869.00 TL with a credit card over the internet. However, the courses have not appeared in my system even after 4 days. Why? If the courses are not going to appear in the system, I request a refund. My priority is for the purchased courses to appear in the system.
