Paid for Udemy HACCP Course but Didn’t Benefit

I purchased an HACCP course on Udemy, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the content quality and depth. The course does not provide the level of detail or clarity that was promised, and I have not been able to benefit from it.
For about a month, I have been trying to request a refund due to my dissatisfaction and also cancel my subscription, but the system will not let me cancel it. My registered email addresses are:
