How to Request Refund for Accidental Udemy Purchase (Credit Card)

On September 12, 2025, I accidentally purchased a course on Udemy titled “Windows Server and System Administration Training 2025 From Scratch” using my credit card. The purchase was made completely by mistake, and I immediately canceled the course right after the transaction. However, I noticed that ₺1,980.00 was still charged to my account, and despite the time that has passed, no refund has been issued.
I sent an email to Udemy’s customer support regarding my refund request, but I haven’t received any response so far. The delay in the process has caused me inconvenience.
I kindly request that the course fee be refunded to me as soon as possible and that I be informed promptly about the progress of my refund.
