I purchased three courses on Udemy — “Electrical Site and Field Applications,” and “Electrical Progress Payment Register (Green Book)” — paying approximately ₺1,500 in total. However, when I logged into my account today, I noticed that none of my purchased courses were visible. The last time I checked, about 10 days ago, they were also missing.
I tried accessing my courses through both the mobile app and the Udemy website, but nothing changed. I haven’t logged in with a different email address, nor have I changed my device. So far, I haven’t found any solution and haven’t contacted customer service yet.
My Udemy account is registered under the email address t********@gmail.com**. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my purchased courses be restored to my account.
