Refund My $13 for an Immediately Canceled Uber Eats Order

On September 10, 2026, I placed an order totaling $13 from the McDonald's Kavaklı branch via Uber Eats. The order later appeared in the system as canceled at the customer's request, but I was never issued a refund.

I was not informed that there would be no refund, and I canceled the order the very same minute I placed it. I essentially paid for food that I never even ate.

I submitted a refund request regarding this issue, but my request was denied. Even though the cancellation is clearly visible in the order details and my bank statement clearly shows the $13 deduction, my situation still hasn't been resolved.

I demand that the $13 I paid be refunded to my card as soon as possible.
