Air Arabia Egypt Ticket Canceled Due to System Date Error and Charged

I purchased a plane ticket through Enuygun on January 19, 2026 for Air Arabia Egypt with PNR number 7HWIA7. In the Gmail confirmation I received after buying the ticket, the flight date appeared as February 19, 2026. When I realized that this date was not the date I had planned, I had to cancel the ticket.

After the cancellation, I was charged a deduction of approximately 1,000 TL (about $33 USD). I do not accept this deduction, because I believe there was either a system error regarding the date or insufficient and unclear information provided during the booking process. Additionally, although I have tried to contact Enuygun and Air Arabia Egypt customer service about this issue, I have not received any response.

I request that this unjust cancellation fee of 1,000 TL be refunded to me.
