On July 15, 2025, I purchased 3 tickets on Turna.com for a SunExpress flight from Izmir to Mardin on July 21, 2025. However, during ticketing, I accidentally wrote 21 December 2025 in the date field without realizing it. On July 21, I realized this at the airport and requested cancellation. However, after the cancellation, only ₺364 was refunded for each ticket.
The total amount of the ticket was ₺1,564 for each ticket (Ticket price: ₺1,202 + Tax: ₺363). Despite this, although I paid a total of ₺4,692 for 3 tickets, only ₺1,092 was refunded. The remaining ₺3,600 was deducted. Moreover, there was no promotion, service, or special discount on these tickets. The invoice shows zero service fee.
Under these circumstances, it is absolutely against fairness and Consumer Rights to refund only the tax and burn the entire ticket fees. I demand that this victimization be eliminated and the exorbitant deductions made from the ticket fees be refunded to me. Otherwise, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the relevant authorities and initiate the legal process.
