I Bought a SunExpress Ticket on Turna.com but Didn’t Receive a Valid PNR Code

Today, I purchased a flight ticket through Turna.com, but I’m unable to view or manage my booking on the SunExpress website. The reason? I wasn’t provided with an original PNR code, which is essential to access my reservation directly with the airline. I immediately contacted Turna.com’s customer service and was told that the PNR would be emailed to me shortly. However, hours have passed and no email has arrived. Without this PNR, I can’t check in, choose a seat, or verify my booking with the airline. This kind of delay is unacceptable for a time-sensitive service like flight travel. I demand that Turna.com send me the original PNR without further delay. I paid for this ticket—I expect full access to it immediately.

turna.com said that my PNR information would be sent to me by email 14 days before the flight, but I still haven't received the email. I feel bad because of this stress, I want my PNR information. My flight is Izmir-Hannover on June 17. Normally, I should have received the email with my PNR information today.
