Tickets.com Took My Payment but Didn’t Issue My Round-Trip Tickets or PNR

I urgently need help from Tickets.com. I purchased two round-trip tickets, and the payment was successfully processed—but I never received any PNR number, ticket link, or confirmation email. With less than 24 hours until my flight, I’m still empty-handed and extremely stressed.

I attached a screenshot showing the reservation number and proof of payment. Despite this, there has been no response from your side. I’ve waited for a follow-up email that never came, and I have no way to check in or confirm my booking with the airline.

I paid a significant amount and expected a functioning service. Instead, I’m left scrambling to figure out whether I’ll even be able to board my flight tomorrow.

Tickets.com, I demand that you immediately issue my tickets or provide a full refund—along with an official explanation for this mess. This kind of service failure causes major disruption and should be taken seriously. Fix this now before it becomes a legal issue.
