On 18/02/2026, Turna took 3 payments, £1,997.97, £1,387.30 & £1,118.80, Total £4,504.07 GBP. Despite successful payment, no valid ticket(s) were issued to me. Furthermore, Turna has failed to provide any acceptable resolution, refund, or justification for withholding my funds. This conduct constitutes: • Failure to deliver the service • Unjust enrichment by retaining customer funds without providing tickets • Potentially misleading and unfair commercial practice. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with Turna; however, they have either failed to respond adequately or have delayed resolution unreasonably.
