Paid for Mytrip Flight but Never Received My Ticket Confirmation

On September 19, 2025, at around 11:00 a.m. (U.S. time), I purchased round-trip flights from Istanbul to Athens (departing October 8, returning October 11) for two passengers via the Mytrip.com app. Our reservation code is 1087-977-076, and the tickets were issued for J** H***** and spouse**. I paid a total of ₺19,164.09 with my credit card.

After purchasing, we were told to expect a confirmation email and ticket details, but nothing ever arrived. I checked the app and website repeatedly and couldn’t access a ticket confirmation or reach any help/support channel. Since I’m abroad, I couldn’t call by phone, and there was no way to contact customer service through the app or site.

We realized later that we had entered my friend’s email address with one missing letter during booking. However, there was no option to correct this mistake, and no one contacted us.

Because the tickets haven’t been confirmed and I can’t reach support in any way, I am requesting a full refund of the ticket price. I’ve been waiting three days for a solution and have already filed a charge dispute with my bank, awaiting their response. Being unable to obtain confirmation or assistance through Mytrip.com has caused significant hardship. Please refund the full amount as soon as possible.
