Sugo Restricted My Messaging Function Without Explanation

I am using the Sugo application and I am unable to send messages because the system shows the warning “This function has been restricted”. While trying to send a message in the chat screen, this notice appears and prevents me from using the messaging feature at all. I do not know why my messaging function has been restricted and I have not been given any clear explanation within the application. This situation prevents me from communicating and using the application efficiently. I request that my account be checked, the restriction on sending messages be removed as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly of the reason for this restriction, if any.
