Unjust Mileage Transfer Fee Taken Charged by Turkish Airlines

When converting 1000 miles into a plane ticket with THY, the transfer fee of 20 USD is already much lower than the value of 1000 miles in ₺. Therefore, a corporate company like THY should review this transfer fee for domestic and international ticket purchases. Despite the lack of clear information on their website, 1281 ₺ was deducted from my registered credit card for a transfer of 2300 miles at a rate of 46 USD, and even though one transaction was still in the authorization stage, I received negative responses to my three feedback submissions. Additionally:
1) The response to my feedback suggested that I check all flight details before marking the option “I have read and accept the fee conditions” to avoid similar issues in the future. However, the link provided in the response does not mention any fees for transfer transactions (https://www.turkishairlines.com/tr-tr/bilgi-edin/ucret-kosullari/index.html), making the response incorrect and disappointing. This action violates my right to information as per Article 4(1) of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
Since I still want to convert 1000 miles into a plane ticket, I am required to use 3800 miles for a 1200 ₺ ticket (the minimum amount). However, 2300 miles were transferred for 46 USD, which is 1280 ₺. This situation falls under the unfair terms in consumer contracts as per Article 5 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. THY is applying an unfair contract to its customers in this case.
Even though the 1280 ₺ charge on my credit card was still in authorization, I called and submitted my first feedback for immediate cancellation, but the transaction was not canceled. My right to withdraw within 7 days, as stated in the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 for distance or other contracts, was not applied. Moreover, from a legal standpoint, THY Customer Relations Management could have canceled a transaction still seen as pending.
Additionally, no invoice was issued for this transaction, which is also legally problematic.

My suffering continues to increase both financially and emotionally. I hope THY is aware of this wrongful transaction.
