Unfair Treatment by Turkish Airlines Staff on Flight TK1021

On Friday, September 8th, for the 7:30 AM TK1021 flight, we completed our check-in well in advance, passed all controls, and were seated at Simit Sarayı in front of gate A7A by 6:30 AM. The gate was right in front of us. They started boarding. Due to the crowd, we didn't want to stand in line. My mother has varicose veins and shouldn't stand for long periods. When there were only 5-10 people left, we decided to go, but they accused us of being late and didn't let us board, offering no assistance. Our round-trip tickets were wasted, and we had already paid for the seats, which were also lost. Nearly ₺50,000-60,000 went to waste. If the rule is not to let anyone in after 20 minutes, why did the plane depart at 7:45 AM instead of 7:30 AM?
