Unauthorized Turkish Airlines Charge on My Credit Card
On 23.03.2024, an unauthorized charge of ₺37,192.66 labeled as THY was made on my QNB Finansbank card. This charge was made without my knowledge. I did not receive any approval code message, and the transaction was completed without my consent. Upon receiving a notification about the charge, I immediately reported it to the bank, and a complaint was filed. However, no action has been taken for 10 days. The bank insists that I must pay the amount when my statement is issued, despite it being an unauthorized charge due to a security breach. I urgently request the cancellation of this transaction and a refund to my card. I have contacted the bank multiple times via phone and in person, and I have also filed a complaint on the complaint platform. Given that the charge is labeled as THY, I also request assistance from THY in resolving this issue.
