Turkish Airlines UAE Visa Information Issue
Based on a recommendation, we applied for a United Arab Emirates tourist visa for our daughter through Turkish Airlines' visa department (she had a special family situation). During the application process, we were informed that if the application was rejected, no refund would be provided; we accepted everything up to this point. We submitted all documents without any omissions, but in the end, we were told that the application needed to be made from the United Arab Emirates (we had paid ₺6000). It was not pleasant to be informed of something that should have been mentioned from the beginning, and no refund was given. Please find a solution to this situation. This is not a service, it damages the image. If we needed to apply from our place of residence, why was this information given at the very end? Have you never provided such a service before? Please, someone help, nobody earns money easily.
