Turkish Airlines Took My Money and Didn't Refund
I purchased two round-trip tickets through Turkish Airlines and paid extra fees for both tickets to avoid additional charges in case of cancellation or changes, ensuring I would receive a full refund if I canceled. Later, I had to cancel the tickets. The agency associated with Turkish Airlines, 'Thg Travel Agency Sivas,' took ₺2000 from me and assured me that the amount would be credited back to my account.
When I contacted them, they confirmed this, stating that no fees should be deducted. I am requesting the return of my money from the relevant company. The tickets were purchased on Saturday, November 18, and I canceled them on Thursday, November 23.
Progress
It's really hard to understand these people, it's like they earn money out of thin air, I can't believe it. A place called THG agency in Sivas canceled my ticket. Even though I paid an extra fee to ensure that the full amount would be refunded to me upon cancellation, they charged me 2000 TL. At that moment, I didn't know I was dealing with an agency; I thought it was THY (Turkish Airlines). I paid because they said it would be refunded to my account. I call them, and they don't care. The funny thing is, neither THY's agency nor THY itself is interested or helpful.
