Turkish Airlines Ticket Reservation Issue
I called THY for a ticket reservation (0850 333 0849) and booked a flight from Istanbul to Madrid on October 10th, returning from Madrid to Istanbul on October 16th. However, I received an email with only my name on it, as you can see in the attached document. I need this document for my visa application at the consulate, but it lacks the departure and return dates as well as flight details, making it no different from a blank email. I asked the lady at the call center if a reservation without the destination country and dates makes any sense. Approving a visa with an empty email is illogical. The response I received was that it might be due to system updates and that this is the new system. This is an embarrassing answer for a global brand like THY. What use is a reservation confirmation if I can't see my travel dates and destination? Is no one questioning the technical team responsible for the system updates? They are causing inconvenience to people.
