MyHeritage Charges €160 Card Fee Despite Immediate Free Trial Cancellation

I initiated a 14-day free trial on the MyHeritage website under account number 138963845. Despite canceling my subscription before the trial period expired—in fact, within the very first day—I noticed that 160 Euros was deducted from my Garanti Bank card on March 23, 2026. Furthermore, they upgraded me to a Premium membership without my knowledge or consent.

I absolutely never gave consent for any paid subscription, performed no transaction to that effect, and received no confirmation email or message stating that my membership had been approved. Although I contacted them via online support, no resolution has been offered so far.

I demand an immediate and full refund of the 160 Euros charged from my account (registered under Aslı A****, Account ID: 138963845) and the complete cancellation of the Premium membership that was activated without my authorization.
