Falcon Maxstar 80000 Electric Vehicle Breaks Down Continuously After 500 KM

I purchased a brand-new Falcon Maxstar 80000 model vehicle approximately 2 months ago from the dealership in Ümraniye Ihlamurkuyu, intended specifically for use in my daily business operations, under the promise that it featured a 2,000-watt power rating and a lithium battery. Ever since the day I purchased the vehicle, it has experienced continuous breakdowns; despite having driven only 500 km, I face non-stop technical issues.
At the time of purchase, I was informed that the battery range would cover 50 to 60 km per charge, but it nowhere near achieves this distance. Furthermore, as soon as the service center repairs one faulty component, a brand-new failure emerges elsewhere on the vehicle. For a brand-new vehicle, I am exhausted from dealing with these endless repairs and the constant disruptions to my business.
When I called the manufacturer factory to explain these issues, they merely redirected me back to the service shop. When I asked, "I bought this vehicle for work, so how am I supposed to run my business for days while it's in the shop?" I was met with dismissive, disrespectful, and hostile attitudes. I refuse to accept being spoken to in such a manner as a paying customer.
I am facing severe hardship due to a brand-new commercial vehicle continuously breaking down within such a short timeframe and failing to deliver its promised range. I demand that all defects in this vehicle be permanently resolved, or ideally, that the vehicle be replaced with a reliable, defect-free unit. If a replacement vehicle exhibits similar defects, I demand a full refund of my purchase price. I request the immediate resolution of my grievance.
