Turkish Airlines Flight Ticket Cancellation Issue

I called THY for our round-trip international flight for two people on November 28th but couldn't reach a customer representative, so I proceeded with the automated system. I pressed 1 to change the ticket date, but it looped back to the beginning. Then, I was instructed to press 2 for a refund. When 1 didn't work, I pressed 2, expecting to be connected to a customer representative. The system redirected me, and when I pressed 1, it didn't work, so we returned to the main menu. Suddenly, the call was cut off, and I was informed that the ticket had been refunded. The ticket was refunded through the automated system without our consent. I called back immediately, but they didn't reverse the transaction. The same ticket is now ₺30,000 more expensive. If this issue isn't resolved, I will have to cancel my ticket and vacation, but I will never forget this inconvenience. Please assist.
