Turkish Airlines Ticket Price Difference Issue
On March 20, 2023, I purchased an open ticket for a Samsun-Izmir flight with Anadolu Jet - THY connection through Enuygun.com, with a PNR code V6ZTLS, costing ₺1538. On November 2, 2023, I contacted Enuygun to book a new ticket for an Izmir-Samsun trip with an Anadolu Jet - Ankara connection, costing ₺1762. They informed me that the price difference would be ₺1337. Why am I paying a total of ₺2875 when I already have ₺1538 in Enuygun's account and the new ticket costs ₺1762? Enuygun tells me to contact Atlasjet, and Atlasjet tells me to contact the agency. Normally, I should be able to purchase the ticket for ₺1762, but with this difference, it seems my previous payment of ₺1538 is wasted. Additionally, my trip appears to be completed. When I called, they confirmed that the ticket is open.
The problem was reasonably resolved by Turkish Airlines. I thank the customer service representative. Enuygun had added a difference of 1337 TL. Turkish Airlines sold the ticket at the correct price of 593 TL. Thank you very much.
