Microsoft Copilot Gave Incorrect Information About the RTX 5050 Release

On Thursday evening, February 12, 2026, at around 9:18 p.m., I started chatting with Copilot through Microsoft Edge, and the issue I experienced is actually something that has repeatedly occurred in many of our conversations for a long time.

While discussing the RTX 5050 graphics card, I asked whether it had been released. Copilot gave me completely incorrect information, stating that the RTX 5050 had not been released and that people claiming otherwise were either lying by labeling their posts that way or simply making jokes. In reality, NVIDIA announced the RTX 5050 in 2025, and the desktop model was released in July 2025. Even after I provided evidence, Copilot responded along the lines of “if I can't see it, that means it hasn't been released” and tried to change the subject.

I have previously received similar incorrect and persistent responses, which is why I have already reported the issue to the support team three times, and I am now seriously dissatisfied with the situation. Being repeatedly given incorrect information, not being taken seriously even after providing evidence, and becoming frustrated by these interactions have genuinely been very upsetting.

For this reason, I request that Microsoft take corrective action regarding the incorrect and misleading information provided by Copilot and provide me with a clear and explicit apology.
