Turkish Airlines Ticket Issue Cost Me ₺9,000

Last month, I purchased tickets for myself, my wife, and my son to Cyprus. Later, I found out that we couldn't enter Cyprus because my son's ID did not have a photo. I wanted to postpone the tickets as I learned this the very next day. The Turkish Airlines call center informed me that I could cancel the tickets and buy new ones for the following month at a lower price. However, the call center representative changed the dates for my wife and son's tickets and made mine open-ended, which we discovered when we called to buy new tickets. Despite informing them that this was a mistake and not done by us, a total of ₺6,500 was deducted from our tickets. I then canceled the tickets and bought new ones, paying an additional ₺3,000 due to the change, totaling ₺9,000. Despite filing a complaint on their website, I received no response.
