Turkish Airlines Assistance Issue About Refund

They are not giving me my money back. They have confiscated my money. I will not do business with this company again. I say 'I have a condolence,' and they respond with 'You need to send documents, you need to send your ID, you need to do this and that.' You can't reach them anyway. You can only communicate via email. A woman responds, saying 'This is such a simple thing.' I mean, my flight is in 6 days. If it stays the same, nothing will change, it will be sold the same way. We are doing this out of necessity. I have already flown, I have bought a ticket from the same company again, why aren't you helping? This is unacceptable. People are doing business with the help of Mr. M******. What kind of customer satisfaction is this? I think it shouldn't be like this. People can have condolences, other situations can occur. What would you do if it happened to you?
