Turkish Airlines Didn't Refund Despite Court Rulings

I have a case with Turkish Airlines that concluded in the Consumer Court on 10/04/2023. Turkish Airlines appealed the decision. Subsequently, on 17/08/2023, the case was ruled in my favor. Despite the court decisions being sent to them, I still created feedback. On 11/10/2023, they finally responded to my feedback and issued a refund voucher for ₺860.18, which I do not accept. They then asked me to create feedback for an IBAN refund. I did, but they did not respond to the feedback. Following this, I called them, and they requested different information. Finally, on 18/10/2023, I created feedback with the number TK-9617570. Despite completing their legal procedure, they have not responded. When I call, they say the investigation is ongoing. What are they investigating? They already have the court documents, and I sent them as well, which is why they issued the voucher. They asked for my bank account details, and I believe it should not take this long to verify if the account details belong to me. I want my refund to be processed as soon as possible.
