I purchased four tickets for Istanbul-Ercan on 29.10.2023 and Ercan-Antalya on 31.10.2023 through Ucuzabilet for Turkish Airlines. My spouse and I, along with another couple of friends, were supposed to take these flights the day after our wedding. Unfortunately, my grandmother passed away, and our friend's daughter broke her leg on the same day, forcing us to cancel our trip and wedding. I contacted Turkish Airlines and Ucuzabilet regarding this issue, but both refused to assist us. I was willing to accept even a credit for future use instead of a refund or cancellation, but they chose not to support us during this difficult time with tickets we will never use. I am seeking a resolution to this matter.
