Turkish Airlines Overbooking Ordeal
Our Turkish Airlines flight was delayed at the airport for 6 hours due to overbooking. They promised to compensate us with 100 Euros and even had us sign a document confirming this. Officials directed us around various places. Finally, at the last place we were directed to, they said they would make the payment via a card terminal. However, when they attempted to process the payment, there was a terminal error preventing them from reprocessing it to avoid duplicate payments. They assured us the amount would be credited within 2 business days, but it hasn't been credited yet. I have attached the relevant document for both myself and my spouse. Please proceed with the necessary actions.
