Turkish Airlines Overbooking Compensation Issue - Backoffice Not Responding

I was overbooked on my Istanbul-Izmir flight. I was entitled to a compensation of €100, but neither Istanbul airport nor Izmir airport provided it, they just brushed me off. Afterwards, I submitted a refund request, and I was told by the backoffice that it would be processed within a week. Now it has been over two weeks.

They are persistently ignoring my issue. I will do whatever it takes. It is frustrating that such a company makes people go through this hassle. I will write to every channel available. A compensation was promised but they are refusing to provide it and not reviewing my case. I have a refund request, and although I am not sharing its code here, if the backoffice does not contact me urgently, I will apply everywhere.

It's not about the money; you can't make people board the plane late and then make them go through such trouble, you have no right to do this. You can't sell extra tickets, make people board late, and then make them go through this hassle. Such a world does not exist!
