Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles Membership Cancellation Issue
I have been a member of the Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles program for approximately 15 years. In May 2023, when I tried to log into my account, I received a notification that my membership had been canceled. When I tried the 'forgot password' link, I received a warning that my membership was temporarily suspended due to incomplete contact information. The same issue occurred with my wife's and daughter's Miles & Smiles memberships. I have submitted feedback 5-6 times, and the response is always that the evaluation process is ongoing to reactivate my membership. Customer service cannot see the reason for the cancellation, and the relevant department does not provide an answer. It feels like our memberships are being canceled arbitrarily, and the process is being prolonged. If I do not get a resolution from the latest feedback, I will apply to Star Alliance, SHGM, IATT, and CIMER.
