Turkish Airlines Didn't Resolve Miles&Smiles Card Password Reset Issue for a Year!
I have been a THY Miles&Smiles cardholder for approximately 15 years, but I haven't used it actively for the past few years and have forgotten my password. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to get any support on this matter. I have filled out the feedback form on the Turkish Airlines website dozens of times and called the support hotline. They respond to the feedback form with an automated message claiming the issue is resolved, but my problem remains unsolved. All I want is to reset my password; that's it. I have been struggling with this for the past year, and not only have they not helped, but when I call the support hotline, they tell me 'we can't help, sorry, please fill out the feedback form again.' Their attitude is dismissive and unprofessional. There is no one in customer service who is competent at their job. They never connect me to a higher-level manager. They take all kinds of personal information over the phone, but when I ask for their last name to file a complaint, they tell me they can't share it due to personal data protection laws. In short, this has turned into a never-ending story. My nerves are frayed, my time wasted, and I have been met with dismissive attitudes. I suspect THY is trying to cut costs by hiring cheap labor because I haven't encountered anyone knowledgeable in any of the departments I've been transferred to. They don't even want to try to solve the simplest issue. It's very sad to see the deplorable state of this company, which represents Turkey, and which I have flown with pride and joy for so many years.
