Turkish Airlines Miles and Smiles Name Update Issue

Due to my spouse's surname change after marriage, we contacted THY Miles and Smiles as the online system did not automatically update the surname. Since my spouse is also a student, it is crucial for the surname change to reflect in the system before our international flight to avoid mismatched identity information during ticketing. Despite calling THY customer service 5 times and submitting the required information twice via feedback forms (TK-9322772 and TK-9322886), and emphasizing the urgency in each phone call, the issue remains unresolved. It is disappointing to see THY's inefficiency and weak customer service. As evident from the company's rating on the complaint platform, it is concerning that they have become a company that does not respect or prioritize customer issues.
