Turkish Airlines Miles Points Issue and Unresponsive Service

I submitted 12-13 Feedback Forms and sent emails for months to use the miles points my spouse earned from Turkish Airlines, but I was continuously inconvenienced. Despite my spouse's miles points being registered and having access to the THY account, every possible difficulty was created to prevent me from accessing the Miles&Smiles account. When I wanted to transfer the miles points, an excessively high fee was demanded. I tried to open a Family Account, and even though we provided our marriage certificate and identity information, no effort was made to resolve the issue. Instead, customer service made things difficult and repeatedly told me to create a new Feedback Form each time. Although it claims to be a corporate company, it behaves completely contrary to professionalism, causing significant inconvenience.
