Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage and Didn't Resolve It for Days

I traveled from Adana to Istanbul Airport on December 1, 2023, with ticket number 2452209288996, and then proceeded to Valencia with ticket number 2356679412079. However, my luggage did not arrive in Valencia, and it's been 10 days without receiving any clear information about its whereabouts. I've been unable to get a definitive answer on whether my luggage is lost or stolen, and the call center keeps saying they're waiting for information. Despite informing them that my report medications are inside the bag, there has been no response. At this point, I have no idea how to proceed or get any resolution regarding my missing luggage.
