Turkish Airlines Lack of Response to Feedback
Despite urgently submitting my feedback with reference number 932066 to Turkish Airlines three times, I have not received a response. With only 3-4 hours left before the flight, they have not even addressed a simple issue like correcting my name. Is the feedback system designed to stall people and avoid resolutions?
When I contacted customer service, they said there was nothing they could do and that they would get back to me. However, they did not follow up. They also mentioned that they couldn't escalate the issue to the relevant department. They merely informed me that we might face problems during boarding and that it would depend on the staff's discretion. So, what exactly is the purpose of customer service?
I don't understand what they are supposed to resolve. Their job description seems to be about creating dead ends and stalling people. In my opinion, customer service should be completely shut down since we are left at the mercy of the airport staff's discretion anyway. I am dissatisfied with Turkish Airlines.
