Coursera Charges $37 Fee After Free Trial; Refund Promised but Never Received

I was only using a free trial on Coursera and did not sign up for any paid membership. Despite this, a payment of $37 was processed today from my Enpara card without my knowledge or consent. Although I submitted a cancellation request, the fee has still not been refunded to my account.

When I contacted Coursera regarding the issue, they stated that they would issue a refund, but no reimbursement has taken place. As a student, I was planning to use this money to buy shoes—an essential need—making this unexpected charge a major financial hardship.

I demand an immediate, full refund of the $37 unauthorized charge back to my card without any deductions.
