Turkish Airlines Istanbul Airport Check-in Counter Issue
I had a ticket for Turkish Airlines flight on 10.09.2023 with a departure time of 06:15 from Istanbul Airport (Istanbul) to Alanya Gazipasa Airport. I arrived at the airport an hour before the flight. Since I couldn't complete my check-in at the kiosks available at the airport, I was directed to the counter. The queue at the counter was very long, and the delay was caused by a single computer that couldn't issue boarding passes. By the time the issue was resolved and it was my turn, I was told that I was too late and wouldn't make it to the flight. Despite my insistence that there were still 45 minutes left, I was directed to purchase a new ticket, and I had to buy a ticket to Antalya Airport instead of Alanya Airport. All my plans were disrupted, and I faced many problems. I am complaining about Turkish Airlines and the staff at the airport for the disruption of my entire schedule due to the malfunctioning counter.
