Regarding Turkish Airlines' noncompliance with aviation regulations and their contradictory actions in denying me boarding, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction. As of the 17th day after I submitted my complaint on April 27, 2023, the airline has not only failed to offer a solution but has also failed to offer any information at all. I have called the helpline numerous times and sent multiple urgent emails, but nobody has been able to resolve the problem. The inaction on the part of Turkish Airlines has made a bad situation even worse for me. I hope that Turkish Airlines will take this into consideration and fix the problem as soon as possible. The airline must strictly adhere to all aviation regulations and guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
