Botim Money Unauthorized FamRadar Charges and Recurring Deductions

For a long time, irregular amounts of money have been deducted from my Botim Money balance under the name “FAMRADAR FORT LAUDERDA” without my clear knowledge or consent. I do not use or need any service from this company, but the application continues to take money from my account every few days, and this has been disturbing me for many months. I noticed a completed payment of 47.53 to FAMRADAR FORT LAUDERDA, and there have been many similar cuts before, so the total amount lost is now high, even though I cannot calculate it exactly. These charges are not clearly explained to me in the app, I do not understand how this service was started, and I have never knowingly subscribed to or approved such recurring payments. Until now, I have not been able to get support directly from any authorized place, and this is my first formal complaint about this issue. I request that all services and subscriptions related to FAMRADAR FORT LAUDERDA and any other similar unwanted services linked to my Botim Money account be completely cancelled and stopped as soon as possible, and that all the money deducted without my clear consent over this period be fully refunded to my account. I kindly ask you to urgently investigate these unauthorized deductions, close every unnecessary paid service on my Botim Money account, and inform me in writing about the cancellation and refund process.
