StarMaker Harassment and Privacy Abuse Continues Despite Reports

For about a year and a half, I have been harassed on the StarMaker application by the user “Laslaverebelle”, ID 621193***. This person keeps publishing things about my private life, insults me and openly mocks me, even though I am a person with a disability. Sheents lies about me, saying that I have 250 hores, luxury cars and an inheritance, and she uses Zoom in the rooms with two other accounts to continue talking about me and making fun of me. She also shares images and posts that are clearly made to humiliate me. Despite the fact that I have already reported this account around six times and have blocked the user, the harassment and the posts about my private life are still continuing. I have already sent photos and evidence of these attacks to StarMaker through the in‑app report system. This continuous harassment has a very serious impact on me. I feel extremely distressed and desperate, and I am afraid that if this situation does not stop, my mental health will deteriorate even more. I am very affected and feel unsafe on the platform because my privacy and dignity are not being respected, and my previous reports and evidence have not led to an effective solution. I kindly request that the StarMaker safety team urgently review this situation, permanently ban the account and remove all insulting, false or privacy‑violating content about me, so that I can use the application in a safe and respectful environment.
