Unauthorised Deduction From Tracelo
On 08 August 2026 an amount of R749.25 was deducted from my bank account under the name Help‑Tracelo.com / Tracelo, even though I have never subscribed to this service and did not give any consent or authorization for such a payment. I only became aware of this transaction when I checked my bank statement, and since it happened over the weekend I have not yet been able to contact my bank or the company by phone. I consider this deduction to be an unauthorized and unjustified charge. I request an immediate full refund of the R749.25 taken from my account and a clear explanation of how my details were used for this transaction, as well as confirmation that no further amounts will be deducted without my explicit consent.
