Turkish Airlines Ticket Usage Issue for Malatya-Sharjah Route

I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines (THY) on September 13, 2023, with the ticket number 2352209521597 for the Malatya-Sharjah (UAE) route and the return route Sharjah (UAE) - Malatya. Due to force majeure, I had to put the ticket on hold. THY representatives informed me that I could use this ticket within one year. This flight actually belongs to AnadoluJet. When I logged into the THY website to use the ticket with the above number, I saw that there were no flights on this route. Despite calling THY multiple times and sending written notifications, I did not receive a clear answer on how to use this ticket, how to make changes if needed, or whether a refund would be issued. When I spoke with AnadoluJet representatives, they stated that tickets starting with 235 belong to THY and that the screen access is entirely with THY representatives. THY took the money for these tickets from me. The separation of THY from AnadoluJet should not cause inconvenience to the customer. At the very least, they should inform me under what conditions I can change this ticket. I am complaining about THY.
