During my flight on 06.08.2023 with flight code TK7273, I encountered an issue with my seat. Despite purchasing, checking in, and receiving my boarding pass for the seat, I was informed that someone else had checked in for it. When I asked how this could happen, I was given an unacceptable excuse that I had called the call center and canceled it myself. They tried to brush it off by suggesting that there were empty seats on the plane and that I could be moved elsewhere. One staff member even said, 'I don't have to do this, but I'm doing it, so sit here.' The in-flight staff witnessed these conversations and documented the incident. I want a refund for the seat I purchased and to know what measures are being taken to prevent this from happening again. Additionally, I want to know who, with what number, and at what time called your call center to cancel my ticket. Please provide this information from your phone records. I will initiate legal action in accordance with data protection laws. I await your urgent response.
