Hello, On 16.06.2024, I checked in for the 08:30 TK 2454 flight, handed over my luggage, and passed through the second control point to the gates. Despite my two friends, who passed with me, being allowed to board and informing the staff that we were coming, my friends with ticket numbers 2352229216988 and 2352229216989, and I were not allowed to board due to a few minutes delay. No announcement was made for us. We were at the gate at 8:15 and were not allowed to board. Our tickets were sold to others. We are distressed and do not accept this.
