Turkish Airlines Flight Schedule Change Issue with Istanbul-Copenhagen Tickets

We purchased two separate tickets from THY for Istanbul-Copenhagen and Copenhagen-Istanbul. My husband, our 10-month-old baby, and I completed the ticket purchase process. Initially, there was a time change for our tickets, which were for May 7th departure and May 13th return. When we arrived at the airport on May 7th, we found out that our flight had been updated to May 8th and our return was changed to May 10th. This was our first time traveling abroad with our baby, and we had planned to arrive early at the airport to complete all procedures there.
We called customer service to request a change due to this issue. Investigation files were opened with the relevant departments, but we did not receive any positive feedback.
We missed our trip with our child.
The feedback we received indicated that the initial time change was made by THY, but the date changes were not made by them.
This issue developed independently of us, and even if it developed independently of the company, we should have been granted the right to make changes due to the negative experience we had. I would appreciate it if I could get a response from the relevant people here.
I would like to believe that a large airline company like THY values customer satisfaction.
