Turkish Airlines Flight Attendant Publicly Humiliates Passenger on TK 2660 Flight

I am writing this complaint due to the extremely disrespectful and humiliating behavior of the flight attendant, Ms. S*****, who was on duty during Turkish Airlines flight TK 2660 from Istanbul Airport to Sivas Airport, scheduled to depart at 5:45 PM on January 17, 2026. During the flight, a minor disagreement occurred with another passenger regarding luggage. At that moment, Ms. S***** approached us and, without making any effort to listen to what I wanted to say or hear my side of the situation, openly stated in front of everyone that “they are right,” referring to the other passenger, then turned her back and walked away in a rude manner. With her harsh facial expressions and attitude, she portrayed me as if I were completely at fault and guilty, publicly humiliating me in front of other passengers and not giving me even a single opportunity to speak. As a passenger who has flown many times with Turkish Airlines over the years and is accustomed to the polite and friendly approach of cabin crews, this was the first time I encountered such a rude, dismissive, and passenger-ignoring attitude. Regardless of the situation, I find it completely unacceptable for a flight attendant to pass judgment without listening to a passenger and then walk away with such a harsh and degrading manner. This behavior is entirely contrary to your corporate identity and the respect that should be shown to passengers. I formally request that a serious and urgent investigation be conducted regarding the staff member involved, that this behavior not be treated lightly under any circumstances, that the necessary warnings and administrative actions be taken, and that clear reminders and training be provided to cabin crews to ensure that similar acts of disrespect do not occur again.
