Turkish Airlines Failed To Fulfill The Promise af a Birthday Cake For My Baby
I am a Turkish Airlines Miles and Smiles Elite member. We have a little daughter who is not yet one year old. She has been flying with Turkish Airlines since she was born, even to long-distance destinations like Argentina. Our baby's birthday is on February 18th, and we have a return flight from Dublin with Turkish Airlines on that date. When we communicated our request for a celebration cake to Mr. M**** on the Miles and Smiles hotline, we were told it would be arranged. However, other employees from Turkish Airlines later informed us that this would not be possible for some reason. This situation is not fitting for a prestigious company like Turkish Airlines. First, they say it will be done, getting our hopes up, and then they leave us disappointed. All we wanted was to celebrate our baby's first birthday on the plane. We kindly request that this issue be resolved.
