Turkish Airlines Downgraded My Business Class Seat on TK 0800, Damaging My Rights

On Turkish Airlines flight TK 0800, on 22/08/2024, from Bogota to Istanbul connecting Sofia, while I was sitting in seat number 7E in the business class cabin after getting an upgrade at the counter, 5 Turkish Airlines officials came and forcibly sent me to the economy cabin just before take-off. Because of this, my psychology was damaged, my dignity was damaged, my joy of flying turned into cruelty, and as if it was not enough, my rights for which I used upgrades were lost. As a passenger who has reached the Elite Plus level by constantly flying with Turkish Airlines, I am very disappointed. I was given a letter signed by the flight operator regarding the correction of the negative situation. This situation is a complete objection to your absurdity and scandal! As a citizen of the Turkish Republic, I condemn this humiliating act. I hope that Turkish Airlines will act promptly to turn this negative situation into a positive one, without taking it to legal grounds.
