Turkish Airlines Didn't Board Me Despite Valid Ticket

On 27.02.2024, I had an 18:05 flight from Hatay to Sabiha Gokcen. Due to road work on the way to the airport, I arrived 20 minutes before my flight, but they did not let me board. I had no prior information about the road work. This is an earthquake zone, and this situation could have been considered. However, the airline staff did not help us in any way. They wasted our time and said that if it had been 20 minutes, maybe they could have done something. But when we arrived, there were exactly 20 minutes left. Due to their delay, time passed. The staff were not up to THY's standards. I am a graduate student with very important tasks to attend to. I lost both my money and my time, and I was completely inconvenienced. I request that my inconvenience be addressed as soon as possible.
